Cynthia started her career in Senior Care when her grandfather received a diagnosis of Dementia, at the age of 15. From there, her passion grew into professional caregiving. She quickly observed the need for Caregiver support which
transitioned her Career into scheduling and office supportive staff for an in home – care agency.
Cynthia says, “I love being the person to engage with our team members and clients to know how we can better help grow and thrive as professionals. My heart is fullest when things are in order- I am big on research, compliance (which in turn
helps all of us), I love to support the aging community and provide quality care as we all do!”
Furthermore, she has been in Southern Oregon for just over 11 years and her favorite Southern Oregon past-times –finding a new hiking or camping spot to enjoy the fresh air and relax!
