Amanda’s daughter’s condition took a devastating turn, and she was placed on ECCMO and life support. The odds were stacked against her, but this young girl is a true fighter, and by some miracle, she has been taken off life support. However, the battle is far from over.
At the tender age of 18, she now faces a challenging future as a quad amputee. The extensive tissue damage has led to the likelihood of losing both hands and both feet. The road to recovery will be long and arduous, and the medical expenses are beyond what their insurance can cover. This amazing family simply cannot bear the burden alone.
