Introducing our Comprehensive Care Response Team

Advanced Care Life Services (ACLS) is pioneering once again with our Comprehensive Care Response Team (CCRT)! Our CCRT consists of Registered nurses and trained caregivers  from Advanced Care Life Service (ACLS) whose unique approach to community nursing is helping to deliver a service that is much needed in place of overcrowded hospitals, and understaffed skilled nursing facilities.

Saving resources by providing acute-level care in a patient’s own home rather than in a facility is only one benefit. The most important and highly-rated impact is on patient comfort and reduction in readmissions.

Advanced Care Life Services (ACLS) is a different type of care company, their skilled team of nurses and physical therapists do hands-on training and are working on advanced education and nursing programs for the future of growing a long-term staff. Our focus has always been on exceptional quality care, and it shows.

ADVANCED CARE LIFE SERVICES has beat out all competitors and has been awarded best in home care agency in Jackson and Josephine county voted by the public for 2023. ADVANCED CARE LIFE SERVICES looks forward to pioneering the new hospital to home community model and working with insurance companies in the future for better coverage. Will probably work with Medicaid and veterans benefits as well as all long-term care insurance policies.

ACLS has a focus on helping families navigate challenging health care systems, and the Comprehensive Care Response Team (CCRT) is one more step towards revitalizing eldercare for the better. Their Comprehensive Care Response Team serves Jackson, Josephine, and Klamath Counties in Southern Oregon.
